Fees below are informational. A year with twelve campaign codes and several restricted pots costs more than a single-appeal charity. We do not offer monthly plans.
Annual fundraising report and donor visual pack
Trustee narrative, two-page letter for major givers, two revision rounds. Print-ready PDFs. Quoted after we see the gift export and the number of trustee copies.
Quarterly trustee board pack
Per meeting, issued five working days before. A four-meeting year can be quoted as a single arrangement with a pause if a meeting is cancelled.
Campaign close briefing
Cash, Gift Aid, and pledges split. Staff one-pager. Rush work inside five working days is quoted separately.
Grant-maker visual annex
Plates mapped to the offer letter’s activity names. Multi-year grants with many headings are quoted after we read the letter.
Stewardship letter illustration set
Three letter-sized plates and captions. Extra language versions, including Welsh, are quoted if you write to both audiences.
Trustee workshop on reading fundraising figures
Half day for up to twelve people, using your last quarter. Room hire and travel beyond Pembrokeshire billed at cost.
What moves a quote
Number of campaign codes, whether Gift Aid is claimed quarterly or annually, how many restricted funds must be drawn separately, print quantity, and whether a trustee reviewer will need a third pass (third passes are extra). We invoice fifty per cent to begin and the balance on delivery of the final files. Card payments are not taken on this site.
