Terms
Terms for commissioning a report, pack, annex, or workshop.
These terms apply when you ask Toolkitanchorgrid to prepare documents or to run a trustee reading session. By sending an enquiry and later accepting a written scoping note, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not ask us to begin.
Who we are
Toolkitanchorgrid works from 78 Scotsburn Rd, Talbenny, SA62 7BZ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@toolkitanchorgrid.click and 07883980442.
The work
Each commission is described in a scoping note: documents to be delivered, revision rounds, timetable, and fee. We prepare reports, packs, captions, and workshops. We do not provide audit, legal advice, bookkeeping, or donor solicitation.
Your materials
You warrant that gift exports, campaign names, and funder letters you send may be used to prepare the documents. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the underlying records. We rely on the files you supply.
Intellectual property
Until the final invoice is paid, working files remain ours. On payment in full, you receive a licence to use the delivered PDFs and print files for the charity’s own trustee meetings, donor letters, and grant reports. You may not resell the plates to another organisation. We may describe the commission in general terms in our journal unless you ask us not to name the charity.
Timetable
Dates in the scoping note depend on you sending complete files. Late exports move the delivery date by the same number of working days.
Liability
We are not liable for decisions trustees take after reading a pack, for Gift Aid claims, or for a funder’s response to an annex. Our liability for a commission is limited to the fee paid for that commission, except where the law of the United Kingdom does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, as applied in the United Kingdom. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction in any court if files are misused.
Changes
If we change these terms, the version accepted with your scoping note continues to apply to that commission.
