How the work proceeds
- Confirm agenda items that need figures.
- Reconcile gift totals with the treasurer’s close.
- Draft pack with a decisions page at the front.
- Issue five working days before the meeting.
Time and place
Eight to twelve working days per meeting. PDF issued by email. Printed sets posted to Talbenny-area trustees when requested.
What you prepare
Agenda draft, latest gift totals, forecast spreadsheet, and any paper the treasurer already intends to table.
Limits
We will not invent a forecast. If the treasurer has not closed the month, the pack waits.
Fee
From £1,150 per meeting. Standing arrangement for four meetings is quoted as a year, with a pause clause if a meeting is cancelled.
